Unipolar depression is another form of depression. Depression phases last 6 months and more phases . Its neurotransmitters in the brain affect the mood and this enables one to become depressed in this case.  This occurs in early adulthood.It affects the mood. It another name for major depressive disorder. It results may people notice change in weight and sleep, fatigue, guilt, thoughts in suicide and death, and many more. People who have these symptoms may begin to notice that it is major depression or unipolar depression. Unipolar depression is use to distinguish itself from bipolar and other forms of depression. A person experiences periods that reoccurs back and forth. 

Cyclothymia Depression: 

It is a form of bipolar which leads to it. It is a disorder. It is mild form of bipolar  and usually is affected during adulthood.Many have this because it in the family and is in the genes. It effects self-esteem,agitation, dangerous behaviors, excessive belief in positivity, and other negative outcomes. Medication can help in recovery and can treat a person with this disorder in controlling the symptoms.

It may affect female more than males. Many people also experience mood swings.
