Stress is very common in 2010. We all are stress through school and other things that cause problems in our lives. We need to know what stress is and how it is developed. Below I have provided my own information based on research I have done.

Stress is a form of way in which the body responds to a particular event in which stressors are involved. This effects a person.It is the body way of handling a challenge and being ready to handle it by preparation of difficult situations of strength, focus, and strong alertness. The body releases chemic las in the blood that allows one to react by their bodies. It gives people a way to have obtain strength and energy. Stress can be good and bad in most cases. It is bad in when it is respond to emotions which give one no ability to be energetic and strong. it effects the way we think in life. There are two factors. The two factors are
External and Internal factors.

What is external:
- External factors deals with physical environment in one's daily life. Examples can be challenges/obstacles, job, home, relationship with family or loved ones.
- Internal factors:It the way in which the body is able to handle stress. Examples are well being( emotional), amount of rest you get, health status, and etc.
Depression affects the social ability and stress.If one doesn't know how to deal with stress than the pressure can lead to depression. If one have a hard time dealing with situation it can unfortunately lead to depression.At times who can't handle problems and drama in life in the family or with friends. The bad results of depression and stress are similarly linked.
